The venue rental fee is $3,000 for up to 150 guests (including the bridal party) and includes the following:
- Set-Up, Tear-Down, & Clean-Up
- Bride's Dressing Room
- Groom's Dressing Room
- 30' X 60' Tent with Leg Drapes
- Lighting (Three Large Crystal Chandeliers & Twinkle Lighting in Tent)
- Tables & Chairs for a 150-Person Seating Arrangement
- Banquet Tables for Catering
- DJ Table
- Cake Table
- Gift Table
- 14' X 16' Dance Floor
- 75 White & 75 Black Umbrellas
Please note that a two-hour rehearsal slot is available if needed ahead of your special day.
To provide you with the most flexibility when designing your big day, our packages don't include catering, flowers, or other wedding staples. However, we have a recommended list of amazing local vendors that we frequently collaborate with. Or you can choose to work with your own favorite vendors or take on the catering and decorating yourself!
